Welcome to EOTWSG ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EOTWSG governing your use of this website and the digital products offered through it. By accessing the site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose & Scope of Agreement
These Terms cover your use of the EOTWSG website, the Digital Vault, and all digital products sold or distributed through the site (guides, blueprints, checklists, and related materials). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site or its products.
2. Purchases, Refunds & Memberships
Final sale. All digital product sales are final. If any file you receive arrives corrupt, incomplete, or defective, contact us and we will replace it.
Field Library membership. Full access to the EOTWSG Field Library app is sold as an annual membership (currently $39/year, billed through Gumroad). After purchase you receive a license key that unlocks the full in-app library. Memberships renew annually and can be cancelled at any time; your access continues through the end of the paid term. The Planning & Documents collection remains free forever inside the app and requires no purchase.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership
Proprietary content. All content on this site and in our digital products — including text, guides, blueprints, calculators, checklists, cover art, logos, and the EOTWSG brand — is the exclusive property of EOTWSG and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Prohibition of scraping & reproduction. You may not scrape, crawl, copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, upload, or create derivative works from our content or products, in whole or in part, by any means, without our prior written permission. Automated extraction of site content is prohibited.
Limited license. When you purchase or receive a digital product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use within your household (individuals at the same primary residential address, including immediate dependent family). You may download, print, and retain copies for personal household use. You may not share, resell, lend, or distribute the products outside your household, and you may not post them publicly.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
- Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
- Do not use our content for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law.
- Do not misrepresent your affiliation with EOTWSG.
Violation of this policy may result in termination of your access and license without refund.
5. User Accounts & Termination Rights
The Digital Vault operates on an email basis; no password accounts are required. We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, the vault, or your product license at any time if you breach these Terms, including unauthorized distribution of our products. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Survival content is informational. Our guides describe field-expedient measures for emergencies. They are not a substitute for professional training, medical care, or emergency services. Always follow local laws and seek qualified professional help where appropriate. Use of our products is at your own risk.
The site and products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EOTWSG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States and Canada.
